AnantHQ, Inc. (“Anant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes the security of our systems, products, and customer information seriously. We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Security Practices
Our security practices are designed around the nature of our services and the information processed through them. Depending on the applicable product, service, and deployment model, security controls may include authentication and authorization controls, role-based access, encryption, logging and monitoring, software-development security practices, vulnerability management, and controls designed to protect communications between systems.
Anant products support enterprise identity and access patterns including JWT-based authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML integration, and user, role, and permission management where applicable.
Customers remain responsible for appropriately configuring their environments, managing authorized users and credentials, protecting their own systems and endpoints, and determining the security controls appropriate for their deployment and use of Anant products.
Deployment
Anant products may be deployed in different environments depending on the applicable product and customer requirements, including cloud and customer-controlled enterprise environments.
Security responsibilities may therefore differ depending on the deployment model and the services selected.
Specific security requirements for a customer deployment may be addressed in the applicable agreement, order form, security documentation, or other contractual documentation.
